Anne Gleeson

I have been working with people in the last stage of life for 20 years. I’ve learnt a lot and I remain deeply committed to working towards better ways of preparing for death and caring for the people we have loved who have died. My poetry is a way of opening into the conversations we are wise to have. When I am not writing, I love exploring this beautiful Dja Dja Wurrong country of Central Vic where I have lived for ten years. Poetry is my passion but I love exploring ideas through reading and writing longer forms, especially essays.
