Remembering the Lost Children’s Tree

Dave Witty presents a one-hour talk on the Lost Children Tree: setting the context (i.e. how Daylesford looked in 1857 and how the landscape has changed over time; and then telling the story of the three young children who disappeared, their bodies found five months later in the hollow of a tree). The talk takes the form of a driving tour, exploring 2 or 3 sites that are important to the story.

Meet at Daylesford Cemetery entrance, Knox St
(Google Maps refers to it as Daylesford-Trentham Rd)
