Wandering the world and getting paid to do it sounds like a ripper career choice. But what does it actually take to make it as a travel writer? The clues are in the title of this panel-style event with three outstanding Australian travel writers – each with their own unique trajectory to share. You’ll pick up personal observations, methods, tips, tricks, and words of wisdom for would-be travel scribes. Hosted by Daylesford-based travel editor, writer, and TV presenter Adam Ford, and featuring published writers/authors Julietta Henderson, Lindy Alexander and Nadia Bailey, this event will be full of heart and could kick-start your own creative journey.
This is a free event, but you must book to guarantee a seat. We can accommodate a maximum of 50 guests. A small number of seats will be held in reserve for walk-ups on the day. The event will consist of a discussion with panellists, followed by questions from the audience. We will also be awarding a number of door prizes at the end of the event.
